Happy Anniversary!

Eddie and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary today! Unfortunately since I haven't been feeling the greatest, we didn't make it out anywhere to celebrate this year. Here are a few pics from our wedding day two years ago!

First Doctor Appointment

Eddie and I went in for our very first prenatal appointment today. After doing some research on where to actually go to the doctor, we decided on Partner's In Women's Health in Louisville. Even though it's an hour away from home, we decided it would be well worth the drive to be able to deliver at Norton Suburban Hospital.
We were both so nervous about this appointment since we really didn't know what to expect, but luckily everything went perfectly! The baby had a very strong heartbeat of 170 bpm, and we have a due date of January 21, 2009!
After the appointment Eddie and I went out to lunch at Olive Garden...my first craving! Then on to Babies R Us to meet my mom and Aunt Lisa...to get our first little taste of what all a baby needs.

Happy Father's Day

This year was Eddie's first official "Father's Day"...or I guess you could call it "Father to be day"! I think he was a little suprised to be included with with his Dad, Brother Brandon and Brother-In-Law Pat this year! Brandon's family put together a really cute "Dad to be" bag for him...this is the list that was included! What a great idea!

Caleb Creed Fowler

Today my cousin Creed and his wife Whitney welcomed their first child Caleb Creed Fowler into the world! This is the second great-grandchild for the Fowler Family. My cousin Erika and her husband Rafa had a little girl in March...Ava Grace Selvas.

I'm Pregnant!

Today Eddie and I announced to our families and friends that were are expecting a baby in January! Originally we had planned to wait a few weeks before letting anyone in on our news, but found it was just too hard to keep it a secret...we only managed 9 days! I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to start a blog to keep everyone updated on the pregnancy and then of course after the baby is born.
